About Sandra Gering Inc: <\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

For over 25 years, Sandra Gering has maintained an influential presence in the New York art world. After an early start in the West Village, she opened her first gallery space in Soho. Several years later, the gallery relocated to Chelsea, and after much growth, moved further uptown to Fifth Avenue. Several more years in the historic Crown Building with partner Javier Lopez saw an expanded gallery program and the gallery\u2019s largest exhibition space to date. Adjusting to currents in the field, Sandra Gering Inc moved to a space at on East 63rd Street, a townhouse in Manhattan\u2019s Upper East Side. SGI continued there until 2017.
Today the gallery exists as an online platform concentrating on promoting artists, and pursuing site-specific projects and commissions around the world.\u00a0
Throughout, Gering has introduced or maintained the careers of numerous established artists, such as Janine Antoni, William Anastasi, Xavier Veilhan, John F. Simon, Jr., KAWS, and Leo Villareal, as well as many others.
Today, Sandra Gering Inc has positioned itself as a launching pad for the project-focused activities of its roster of international artists. The business continues to promote emerging and mid-career talent, while expanding it\u2019s focus to include the management of activities outside of the gallery environment. In 2020, Sandra partnered with her longtime director, Laura Bloom and together they continue to put forth the well-established gallery program.<\/p>
